Rep Power: 15 | Extraction fans I need something better than a box fan as it is a pain in the neck to clean . I don't get much overspray but even a little is a pain to clean off the actual fan casing . What units do you recommend that you use in your salon ? I'm looking for ideas you can share. Thanks |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Extraction fans I LOVE the look of the Turbo Twister fan or the Tornado Extraction fan. I have 2 of the typical box fans and yes if it weren't so expensive for me to ship either of the other 2 fans listed above I would totally buy them BUT I recently found a solution that made the box fan look better and easier to clean. I purchased a black washable/reusable furnace filter at my local hardware store which has an adjustable plastic frame but can be cut to size and since it is black it doesn't show the overspray and since you have very little you could probably rinse less often. I'll attach a photo....there was a very narrow strip along the sides which I just covered with black duct tape. Hope this helps! Happy Tanning! |
