Rep Power: 0 | Re: Clients legs aren't soaking up solution! Do this then......and I do this with my sister who has extremely dry skin due to her eczema. Put a minimal amount of lotion on her seconds before her tanning session. I do this with my sister and her tans come out great.

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Clients legs aren't soaking up solution! Have you seen her legs the next day after a tan? Perhaps she's exfoliating the tan off with shaving or trying to scrub the dry skin off. Or her clothing is wiping the tan off before it can be effective. Or showering too soon. In my experience if solution touches skin it tans it. So explain to her the importance of the required 'soak time" and that she needs to be gentle to her tan. I have heard many things like this over the years and upon investigation it is nearly always either "operator error" in the application of product or "client error" in that they do pre prep, or post care wrong and end up with a unsatisfactory tan.
