Rep Power: 0 | MaxiMist Pro Gun Problems-RUST! HI! I purchased the MaxiMist system with the pro gun about a year and a half ago. And guess what? The inner workings are rusting! The product does state that it is composed of stainless steel... I have been maintaining the gun, and supposedly there is a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the gun, but there is no number, email address, nothing. Is this a scam? I've even contacted the distributor and they said they would see what they could do. I purchased this system from myspraytan.com. Anyone else have similar issues? Thank you!! |

Rep Power: 23 | Re: MaxiMist Pro Gun Problems-RUST! Make sure you are cleaning your gun after use. Just warm soap & water is all you need. Then blow it out with air for about a minute to make sure no water sits in it. proper cleaning is important. I know there are some Airbrush cleaning solutions on the market, they are not needed & can sometimes even cause corrosion on some of the gun parts.
