Rep Power: 0 | HVLP - 10 years experience - I'm stumped! Hi folks! I've been spray tanning for nearly 10 years and I've always used Paasche. I recently switched to the 200A HVLP Gun. I run tried running it between 10 and 15 psi and I'm using 8 ounces of solution which is unheard of. I have the dial @1 for solution output, I've read these forums insearch of answers a no luck, very few people using Paasche out there! Clearly I'm using too much, if I drop below 10 psi the solution streams and anything over 20 psi is too much overspray. HELP ME! In my ten years of experience I've never had this problem or been so frustrated before. Warm Regards, Nicole |

Paashe is as thin as water and requires a specific needle/orifice arrangment. Sounds like with your previous experience you know how to adjust the equipment but the super thin solution is not suited to work in your looser current setup. Thinner solutions require tighter tolerances in the needle/orifice area. Hope you get it working!! :) |
