Rep Power: 14 | Verbage for hiring new employee SO I am forced to hire an employee to help me with sprays. I can not keep up with them whilst doing my other services. The person will start with one day a week and move from there. My questions is, does anyone have a good ad they used to hire a tech? I created one, but the verbage isn't what I want it to be. Thanks! |

I don't have exact words for the ad but just a caution ...make sure to sign non compete ... just seen my friend got hurt by this recently...now don't let that discourage you but just be cautious and enjoy the result of your hard work!

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Verbage for hiring new employee Yep, that is why I havent hired yet. I dont want to deal with that. Non competes dont hold up in most states. But I still plan on having them sign one...just in case they are not so smart ;) lol I had a friend get screwed over by it as well. I lucked out when i had a tanning salon and had my staff spray, none were motivated enough to do it on their own. |
