Hi LatinFlavor! I am going to tan a few girls for a fitness competition and was thinking about doing 2-3 coats of Sjolies 14% solution and then the day of the competition I would use a coat of pro tan. What do you think?

ProTan is not sticky and dries quick. It's designed for bodybuilders. I don't use the SJolie 14% for the same reasons you stated.

That could be tricky. You probably would want to test it first and not experiment for the actual competition or you will get bad reviews.

Trust me, go ProTan. It smells great, dries quick, has no stickiness and is good for any skin tone.

is there any special technique you guys use for bodybuilders? i want to get a solution and test before i start advertising for this!

Sometimes I spray them the night before and touch up the day of or I spray them the day of at the competition.

No special technique. Spray like you normally would with the difference that you have to give them several coats. Do NOT
accentuate (body contouring)abs or anything like that as it is illegal in competitions.

Not necessarily but it has to be deep, intense because of the bright lights. What may look dark enough at your location is never dark enough for the stage.
