Rep Power: 0  | Age Requirement In your sunless businesses do you require a parent signature for someone under age 18 or 16? I have tried to check and I can't find if there is some sort of law on this. I was thinking of requiring a parent/guardian signature for under 18 to protect myself but I don't want the parent to have to come to the salon, is it legal to email the release form and have them bring it with a parent's signature? I appreciate any thoughts and advice! |
