Rep Power: 0 | Re: Thoughts on SJolie Solution? Do you feel like Vani-T is Worth the price? How long does it last and how well does it fade? I've been using Sjolie and haven't been happy with the fading, the color is great though. I'm thinking I would rather be 100% happy and pay a little more than crossing my fingers and hope it works, which I feel like I've been doing that with Sjolie. I've never tried Vani-T but would like to. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Thoughts on SJolie Solution? I have tested the 9% and 12% from Sjolie about 6 days ago. We are on full day #5 with the solution . The test was 3 people (two women, one man) with very different complexions. All 3 of really love it. It is still looking great, the color is a beautiful bronzey brown and it is perfect with their skin tone. I am also still using a different solution that is double the price. However, I am starting to think that I might not use the other solution because I am getting just as good of result if not better for half the price. Of course we are on day 5, so still waiting to see how long it lasts. With all that being said, I have never used Vani-T, so I can not compare at all. But, one of my testers said that she thinks this is the best spray tan she has every had and I have tested at least 10 different solutions on her in the last 8 months and she has been spray tanning with other people for years prior to that. If you are considering it, they sell 8 ounces trial sizes, might be worth a try. Good luck, hope you find one that works for you. |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: Thoughts on SJolie Solution? @ Hollyd : Thank you for interest in the Sjolie brand. We have sample sizes available on our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask and I would be more than happy to answer your questions right away. @klinmt : What fading issues are you having? We stand behind our product 100%, therefor you should never feel like you must "cross your fingers". It seems there could be a answer to any fading issues you might be having. If you have frequent contact with clothing as far as sports, riding horses, etc (which I believe you mentioned in another post that you ride horses), you will experience natural exfoliation of dead skin cell where you are touching the saddle, jeans, etc. I would suggest spraying on a "day off" of riding, allowing it to fully develop for 24 to 48 hours before riding your horse. This might not always be possible if you have a busy schedule, but should help your issues with rub-off. High contact / friction will cause issues with almost any spray solution as it Expedites the exfoliation process in those areas. Contact me direct for further help, mike@sjolietanning.com. Thank you!

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Thoughts on SJolie Solution? Thank you Mike for your reply, yes I had mentioned the riding part hoping you could answer when you got a chance. I haven't had the rubbing issue with other solutions but maybe it was me, it's hard to tell. I cross my fingers with the rubbing but not the color of Sjolie, it's a beautiful color and I have happy clients because of that. I seem to be the one that has the most issues with it fading (I do have very dry skin) but I do take extra care with my tan to ensure it always looks great, maybe waiting 24hrs is the only way to prevent that. I appreciate the answer. |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: Thoughts on SJolie Solution? If you wouldn't mind, try waiting 24 hours before riding, It gives our product line a chance to really develop the best it can before experiencing high friction. Keep me informed, as we always want to receive feedback to improve our product line.
