My company is a SUNLESS MOBILE company, I have One location, and 4 mobile units. which is WHY i posted in SUNLESS. I will figure it out myself. First, by deleting this account. Who wants to ask questions with a bunch of people who like to make you feel like an idiot?? No Thanks.

The other, ya kind of rude but so what; are you going to quit life too? There are a lot of rude people in Texas, I am sure you have met a few. Forums are a collection of people; some will rub you the wrong way, some you will like. To just bail because of a snappy remark is not good IMO, I hope you don't quit your business just because the going gets tough. Best wishes- My answer: Do not pay more than 50% and make sure to do product reclamation of some sort. Offer a tiered scale: 40%/45%/50% and tie it to a matrix of product up-sales, referrals, volume and rebooking performance. Some benchmarks for you: A good retail to service ratio will be: 10% expected, 20% good, 30% great A good rebooking scale: 30% expected, 40-50% good, 60-70% great A good up-sale ratio: Base price x1.2 expected, x1.3 good, x1.4 great

Do you have enough business for 4 mobile techs? aren't you concerned they will just take the knowledge and open up on their own? Maybe have the appts pre pay you and then send out your techs. You will have to cut checks for your techs and depending on how you run it, either w4 or 1099 them at the end of the year |
