But i actually have in place to give credit more so as not to **** somebody off for ten cents. Negative policies never win managers are to honor anything including others coupons so as never to send someone out mad. |

I didnt honor the service (ie $19 spray tan ) but do honor the value...I had people threatening me, writting bad reviews etc. They had a freaking year to use it AND they didnt lose anything! Oh well. I also will charge them the fee if they do not show up or are rude when canceling before 24 hours. The rules are stated on their groupon. Usually I dont charge for canceling, but if they are rude about it, then I will (rude being a gal yesterday thought she was at 1030...she was at 10. Called and left a message explaining her own mix...that is fine, I was going to reschedule her. Then calls back an hour later yelling that she doesnt get why I refuse to answer my phone or call her back...she called before I was opened. SInce she left the second rude message, I informed her there was a fee for not canceling within 24 hours.) |

But I'm right there with you, if someone is rude to me or my employees I flag them on Groupon. If someone is rude FLAG them with the code on their groupon. But make sure to reward good clients too! |

Rep Power: 14 | Re: Groupon Mine is up to the groupon price. The lady yesterday bought 4 and said she would just use a different one and rebook so she didnt have to pay the fee....uh no, your account is locked PLUS it is one per customer, feel free to give away your others. She kept telling me that if I had answered my phone when she called she wouldnt be having this issue with me. Uhhhh, yes you would. You STILL didnt come to your appointment nor cancel it before 24 hours. Me answering my phone 30 min before your appointment wouldnt change anything. You booked it, you got 2 email reminders, you said your phone calendar told you it was at 10, you just thought your appt was at 1030. =/ |

Rep Power: 13 | Re: Groupon Thats what we call incorrect spam. In a city like houston to get to however many people a groupon cycle hits would cost thousands. So you need to go beyond the simple when considering the format. Its advertising no different than print u just dont want to directly lose money off of it. Currently these coupon sites r popular and drive untrackable incidental business to u. I ran recently sold a lot and what was to be noted was new clients during that next ten day period. Mine was nearly double an already solid number. |
