Aviva Labs Review?

Looking into Aviva Labs....just spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a sales person.

How is the Aviva Labs Solution? Price? How does it compare to Norvell's Amber Sun???

I have found that Norvell fades better and lasts longer than Aviva. I've used both and only had people complain with the Aviva

I talked with sales rep from Aviva for an hour today! I liked the things he was saying I got a sample he is sending so I can try it! But i want to know other opinions. Right now I use Norvell.

Those reps love to chat! Everytime I talk to them it's like an hour convo, but I enjoy listening to what they have to say. It's not repetitive scripted convo which is nice!

I just used the Winter Glow for the first time. (I was using Norvell - tried some others. Amber Sun was the best. Tried the Cocoa but we did not like it). I really liked the Winter Glow. I used and my daughter did - we're both quite pale. It gave us a nice amount of color - not too much and just as importantly it faded really nicely on both of us. I did use a tan extender for a bit and that helped too. I am going to try the Express this weekend. Sjolie is next on my list too.

Did you try the Sjolie vs. Aviva? I am trying to decide b/t the two (very different price)
I would love to hear some opinions about how the two are different/same! I like that Aviva has so many options of solutions and the two different shades but is all that necessary?? Thank you!

Wow. I just called in to Aviva and spent 20 minutes going in circles with the rep. I kept asking about purchasing solution, and she kept telling me about how exclusive their solution is and that I couldn't be a member without buying something, but that I couldn't buy something without going through their sales department first. My intuition finally took over and I finally just shared that there are too many good solutions out there and that buying from them just seemed so complicated. I'm sure they wanted have time to talk with me about all of their products and sell me a package, but I've already got all that I need and just wanted to try their solution because I've heard such good things about it. Am I missing something?

RSterling,
I had the same situation - at first I was appreciative of the fact that someone wanted to actually visit with me about the industry and specifics about the company, then I did the online training
(I did like that for the most part I have to say) and
then I called to gain access to online shopping after the training to visually see the products and prices they were talking about. The rep wants me to purchase their large starter kit which is a "deal" but I wanted to view everything myself to figure out actual costs after I finished products in my "kit". You can view prices online but I felt like after purchasing the training I deserved access to the online store.
I think I've lost all energy with them. I'm wearing Sjolie solution right now and really liking it.
I don't have much to compare it to but still.

I know Aviva has some recent changes with the customer service but it seems to have all settled in.. I just Spoke to Brian and he is very helpful. Like I have mentioned in prior posts the Aviva is more expensive but really worth it. I find it has one of the best drying times which my client loves. 5 mins with the blow dryer and they are not sticky and are comfortable getting dressed. I usually spray myself before bed with it and it is very comfortable to sleep in. Color is consistent. Great for my bridal clientelle.
