Rep Power: 0 | Topical Products that Affect Airbrush Tans I'm starting an airbrush tanning business and am trying to find a source of information on what topical products (creams, lotions, perfums, etc.), ingredients (such as lanolin), and topical medications can affect airbrush tanning results? Can anyone offer suggestions of what you recommend that your clients avoid before and after tanning? For example, I've heard that individuals using Retin-A can experience coloration mishaps. Another example, I've also heard to avoid lotions with lanolin and other similar products following tanning because it speeds up exfoliating. Does anyone have a comprehensive list of what products clients need to be cautious of and the potential results? |

After, avoid lotions from Bath & Body works, Victoria's Secret, anything with alcohol and fragrance. Baby lotions, body butter...gentle moisturizers. I carry Norvell's Pro-Long moisturizer in my salon, and it works and sells well. |
