Need advice on starting a mobile spray tan business, please!
 

I am planning on starting a mobile spray tan business. I have been researchinig solutions, equipment, and training etc. So far, I am interested in SJolie, South Seas, and Norvell Organic solutions. I am completely lost on what HVLP equipment to purchase though. I wanted to get the Infinity Sun Spa, orginally, but can't afford that at this time. Does anyone have any other to recommend? I don't want one that would tear up easily.
Also, I noticed some sites that have business starter kits for sale. Some of those kits are being sold by the tanning solution companies, and some are being sold by tanning salons already in business. Any recommendatons or advice on these starter kits would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I did tons and tons of research for my mobile tan business as well. I found pretty much all positive stuff about Norvell so I went with their 2010 start up kit. Good amount of stuff for the price I paid. The machine its self seems like good quality, better than the mini mist a friend told me. I have had great feedback from customers about the Norvell solution, but on me personally I find Norvell Dark (medium) to appear orangish on my skin Especially the Organic. The double dark and regular I don't see any orange though. On my clients I will mix the double dark with the regular, to get a medium. Anyways hope that helps.

That is how I narrowed down my list of possible tanning solutions; I researched comments and opinions people made about each one. I am plannning on trying to take the Norvell training if I can. Maybe that will get me some experience with the machines they use.

We use Norvell as well. Love their solutions and products. I have over 3500 tans done with the M-1000 and it is still going strong! Any help we can be just let us know. We are in Atlanta.
