Re: Customer touched her face...

kedmund, thank you so much! I used a gentle exfoliating scrub on their face and then resprayed. It worked perfect! :) (Phew!)

The DHA and the spray method is pretty forgiving. I have had clients accidentally get a part of their body wet afterwards... All you have to do is respray the part. It doesn't get twice as dark, etc.... It will all look even in the end as long as you have at least one coat of the solution on it.

if it's not wet enough, I've had clients just rub lotion in to distribute. (this happened when a lady I sprayed didn't dry off long enough and she put her sweatshirt back on...she had a white ring around her neck and she just spread lotion on about 20 minutes after spraying and the next day you couldn't even tell there had ever been an issue!)

Hope that helps!
Mistakes are very forgiving and shouldnt take too much to fix. I would never try putting lotion on before the first shower. It could affect the dha process. I have had a client rub the bronzer off the back of her legs from the seat in her car. I told her to call me after her first shower and dont try messing with the bronzer. Bronzer will smear but you shouldnt try fixing it. I had several clients smear the waist area trying to get dressed and all these clients called me back and said that they look great. Smearing the bronzer doesnt mess everything up. I have purposely smeared my tan on my arm to see how it looks the next day and its looks fine. keep it simple.

I completely agree! It is forgiving. I tell my clients "if you acidentally touch yourself, dont try fixing it, just keep your finger tips and palms clean.
