It would be soooo much easier if there was but I guess it depends on so many factors. Being in Canada and not wanting to deal with added shipping costs my choices were more limited. I also wanted to be able to pick-up product if necessary so that definitely narrowed the field. I've only tried a hand-full of professional solutions. I have found the Norvell One great but for many who wanted a darker colour were disappointed that it did not get deep enough the same applies for the Aviva express solutions. Personally the fade on the Norvell Venetian and the Aviva 12% for a fair person (especially) was not even and I received feedback from even those with darker skin tones that the colour looked great initially but faded quickly and was uneven. So I am still searching for a darker solution that wears well. Time to see what new products are available closer to home.

There is such thing as having a solution with an 8% and be dark because of the added bronzers in it. There are many clients that are fair skin and that love to go dark but they don't even understand that when doing that, the fading is not good.

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Best Sunless Tan Solution ?? For sure Jamaica Me Tan. Lasts 7-10 days with the pre-tan and post tan instructions to your clients. The solutions can be mixed and matched to find a perfect color. I use a lot of 50/50 mix with the 8% and the 10% and the 10% with the 12%. Great colors. The 10% is equivalent to about 10 sessions in a tanning bed. Super natural looking and very hydrating. Keeping moisturized with a spray tan is super important always as well. |
