For me to do mobile, I would have to charge $60 to cover costs. People near me do mobile for $25...not worth my effort.

Yep, I am a sunless salon. No tanning beds. I am also an esthetician and do lash extensions. 75% of my business is sprays, 20% lashes and 5% ancillary other services.

What about mobile spray tanning techs? I may need to hire one and I'm not sure how much commission to pay? Do they buy their own solution if they are a 1099?

Good luck with that! My friend trained her staff to spray...so far 2 have quit and started their own business.

Thanks! That is a big help! I know it's a huge risk, but if I'm going to grow I need help sooo I'll toss the idea around a bit more :)
