Armpits issue... Anyone encounter this?

I have a customer who says she has broken out on her armpits after the last 2 times I have sprayed her. This has never happened and I've not heard of it... anyone encounter this or know what the issue/ solution is? Thanks!

hmm, does she shave directly before being sprayed? if so, she may just have very sensitive skin afterwards, and if that is the case, it is easily solvable

No, she shaves the morning of and I spray her in the evening. Hmmm, wonder what I could do to prevent this from happening. May just be an allergic reaction or something occuring between the pH levels in deodorant residue and DHA.

I have never had that problem when I get sprayed. I get sprayed all the time and have for many, many years.

Re: Armpits issue... Anyone encounter this?

I have an armpit issue that I'm not sure how to fix- I have had a few clients who are on the plumper side or have saggy skin on the back of their arms, I'm getting stains right below the armpit where their arms and sides touch. I can't make them keep their arms up forever so I'm not sure how to avoid it or a good way to remove the stain once it's there. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
On that same train- how do you correct something immediately- like if you know you've messed a spot up or if you forget to hit the back of one thier heels with barrier cream. Hey- it happens! Especially when you are trying to do a party with 15 women!

Yep, gosh I hate this issue and it's very common especially when it starts getting hotter outside. I spray their sides last! It's unconventional, but it works, we do about 90+ airbrushes per week and have seen it ALL, lol! Also, I have them place their hands on their head (just clasp their knuckles) AND I have them place their hands on the sides of their undies, this allows them to rest their shoulder muscles so they don't get soo fatigued.

How I fix an error is as follows: I keep a slightly damp paper towel next to me at all times while I spray. When I accidentally spray a bit too much or they touch themselves, I quickly grab the paper towel and (how do I explain this) gently swat the area with the paper towel...kind of like you're blotting, but not actually using the pressure or your hands? Can you get a visual on that at all? lol Works like a charm if you can figure it out!
