Unhappy A Little Help with a Solution

Okay my tanning friends here's the deal. When I purchased all my stuff it was through a friend. She had my solution shipped to me after she showed me how to airbrush tan. Here's the problem, When she sent the solution she removed all the labels. I asked for the MSDS and when I finally received it it didn't have any emergency contact info on it or anything. She pulled everything off my solution and put her company name. So here are the clues I have to go on to figure out what kind of solution this is:

11% DHA
Has Caffeine
Has Rosemary
Has Ginseng
and I know it has instant bronzer

I would really appreciate any help you all can give me on this. I am just trying to get an accurate MSDS so I have it on hand if needed.

Thanks,
Denon

Re: A Little Help with a Solution

I'm confused as to why a person would do this. Is this a form of "Private Label" that she is trying to do and can you really do that with Sunless? Those labels are important to us as the people who use them. If you have someone who has a reaction to something in it, how are you supposed to be able to tell them what is in it?

Talking Re: A Little Help with a Solution

Well she sent me an MSDS but took all the emergency contact info on it and proceeded to tell me that she didn't share product info and that if someone has a reaction they don't need to contact the manufacture they just need to go to the dr. BUT I contacted a friend from High School and he looked for it. When he couldn't find it he emailed a buddy from college ( I think) and lo and behold I think I have found it. I have already emaild the manufacture for a msds to see if it matches up!!!! I will keep you all posted!

I would NOT consider this person a "friend". Try different solutions & have fun with it ( Test all new colors on Friends & Family, lol). I use & recommend Sjolie. GREAT customer service & the BEST color by far!

Re: A Little Help with a Solution

As the largest solution manufacturer in the world. And I stand by that statement folks
It is against the law to sell product that does not have an ingredient listing and the ability to provide liability insurance, MSDS, and it must have a label on it!
Don't set yourself up for a lawsuit by buying through unprofessional sellers!

Re: A Little Help with a Solution

bdm- pour that crap down your drain. Never ever use a product you can't trace back to the manufacturer. My day job is as an insurance underwriter and I'm telling you it is not safe- for your customers or for your business. Would you go to the store and buy a can of something that doesn't have a label or manufacturer's mark or expiration date and feed whatever is inside to your child?

Get some samples from Sjolie or Norvell or a million other reputable manufacturers to replace the mystery solution you have now.

Re: A Little Help with a Solution

Thanks to everyone who posted. I am a smart enough girl that I haven't used the product yet. I am pretty sure I know where it comes from but not 100% positive yet. I am going to be returning the product.
