Rep Power: 0 | Aviva labs solutions vs. others Hi everyone, I was really hoping some of you that have used Aviva Labs solutions could kindly help me out..... I have 'personally' been using Aviva solutions (have tried pretty much all of them, airbrush and HVLP -except 12% due to my light skin) for about a year now and I am happy with the product but am curious about other solutions. My favorite is the Aviva Express solution because I love that I only have to leave it on for 2 & 1/2 hours which results in a light "sunkissed" look, although of course I would love to have that darker brown tan like when I used tanning beds BUT I definitely do not want to deal with any orange colors or bad fading!! I'm scared to try new solutions due to my sensitive dry skin and so many other solutions have fragrance & TONS more ingredients than Aviva (which is hypoallergenic, frag free, oil free, alcohol free, etc.) so I do not know how my skin would react. Sorry so long but if some people that have specifically used Aviva could compare the color, stickiness, etc. to others - mainly Norvell, sjolie, TanEnvy........or any others... I would appreciate it so much! I do not find Aviva to be sticky or like I said cause any problems, I am just thinking of venturing into sampling some new products (1st would love to try Norvell since so many others like it) but am leary..... Your advice & responses are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!!! |

Rep Power: 25 | Re: Aviva labs solutions vs. others So is your main concern the color and stickiness? Or how other products do with very sensitive and dry skin? I would read through the many threads in the Sunless forum to get more information on color/stickiness views --- although, like anything, you will find the views really vary! Since most of the manufacturers offer samples (for free or a small charge) - that probably is going to be your best bet! |

Also if anyone knows specifically which solutions are not good for people with dry or sensitive skin. Has anyone had a client that has had a bad reaction to a certain solution ??? Help is appreciated :) Thank you! p.s. I have read a million threads on the site and like you mentioned, answers vary............ |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Aviva labs solutions vs. others Hi CASun, i understand where you are coming from about not changing products because we think why change if it is not broken right? but few years back someone here mentioned few companies that makes solutions, completely different type of products then I was used too and I am so glade I got their samples and tried them , been avid customer since but I still pick up products mentioned here that are new, to make sure I am still on the cutting edge and offering best to my customers , for that I have kept five to six customers that will let me spray them with new products and give me their complete feed back and I offer them free tans or products. I think you should try as many samples ,try them out. ( may be we should have a list of solution providers? ) HTH Sweetie |
