Glitter drops with airbrush?

Hi - has anyone used the glitter drops with their airbrush tanning solutions ? Looking for likes/dislikes, any issues with clogging... etc. Are they compatible with all solutions/mixing brands?

Thanks : )

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

I thought about it but won't they wash off when they shower?

from what I read online... Yes - it will wash off in post-tan shower. Cool if someone is tanning the day of a fun party or event. Just curious if worth it or more trouble than worth.

I use the SJolie shimmer drops in my solutions they have a bronze and opalescent(sp). I see it as well as my customers a day or two after the tan and after post tan shower. My clients always add it to their solution for $3. Hope this helps! Goodluck!

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

I've had the drops for my solution for over a year and have never used them. At first it sounded like a great idea but when I sat down and thought about it, it didnt make sense to me. Most people spray a day or so before a special event so the color is fully developed, so the fact that it washes off with the first post tan shower seems stupid. lol Never tried them, probably never will.

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

Thanks Kimmiekk. Honestly...my mom thought of the name..lol! Just to give you an idea..the bronze shimmer drops...$10 for the bottle (8oz) in one month and still having 3/4 of shimmer drops left! profit in 31 days...$118! My girls love the "just off the beach glow" they have with adding the drops. My view...its $10 to try it out! Not a big loss~ Goodluck!

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

I would not suggest them they will gunk up your guns and diffcult to clean your equipment
sell them a shimmer tan extender instead as an upsell

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

Goota know.... The Sjolie drops are the same consistency as their solution . Nothing like glitter and such. If you clean your eqipment as recomended it would not gunk up your equipment. I have not run into any problems whatsoever and neither has my peers in VA or FL. We use the T700 and an airbrush system for contouring. I think its a great upgrade for my client and have only seen positive results. To each their own! Have a great day tantalk tanners!
