Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

Well I am going to tell my clients that if they have an event that evening then the shimmer drops is good. But if they have an event the next day then they can come in the next day and I'll spray on the shimmer with the distilled water like Natalie suggested. And I am going to order the clear tanner from JMT. I also ordered some Sparkle from another company but I'm still waiting on that. I'm not to sure about that stuff. Anyways as per my previous question on another post, does anyone think spraying two coats of solution is too much? I don't want to loose money. Please advise anyone?

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

I sometimes like to do two coats but you have to go lighter on the amount of solution . If you decide to do two coats then only spray the face, hands and feet once. I also always check for the persons skin type if a person is oily then the tan will be lighter if a person is dry or has dry mature skin the tan will be darker so make sure you apply some barrier cream on these dry areas. By the way i use the shimmer drops for the tanning parties and at the studio I charge $3.00 to to add shimmer, anti aging drops or slimming drops from sjolie to their solution .

Re: Glitter drops with airbrush?

Thank you Bronzeme33. I've decided doing 2 coats is best. First coat I apply a little heavier, second coat lighter just to make sure I didn't miss any spots. I'm not real impressed with the glitter drops..but I'm offering free this month only. Mostly to see what kind of feedback I get. I am using Sjolie, but the directions say to use only a few drops per so manhy ounces, but you can't even see it. I use a whole dropperful per 4 ounces. I know that's probably to much, but if I can't see it then I know my clients can't. Crazy uh?
