Question Airbrush Makeup-I need advice please

I have been doing airbrush tanning for about a year now and I have clients asking me about airbrush makeup. I really would like to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions on brand, equipment and training? Any help is appreciated.

Re: Airbrush Makeup

Check out Dinair...I use them for airbrush make and I use the paramedical brand. It does not come of if you sweat..you have to wash it off with cleanser! Great stuff! Goodluck!

Re: Airbrush Makeup

Temptu makes nice airbrush products as well. Long lasting, smooth beautiful finish. Photographs very nice. I use a SP-35 top feed airbrush with my colormyst compressor. Makeup washes off with makeup remover & warm water.

Re: Airbrush Makeup

I think Temptu is the best so far. Machine cleanup is easy and the wear is impeccable! Use the SB makeup. I will not use Dinair as it clog's my machines. My friend uses it and her machine is the worst to clean.

Re: Airbrush Makeup

Are you required to have a cosmetology license to do airbrush make up? I've been thinking about adding this to my tanning business but not sure what I have to do as far as license? I've just started doing some research online but can’t get a definitive answer.

Re: Airbrush Makeup

you have to call your state cosmo board and ask them what the state requires you to have. Goodluck!
