Here in Southern Cali, I usually do a regular spray. I use an 8% to be safe. Looks fabulous on them.

The pageant girls I have tanned just wanted a normal airbrush tan, with a little bit of contouring on the abs & arms for the swimsuit portion. I used JMT 10% for the tan & 12% for the contouring. They were competing in our local pageant & looked great!
I shudder when I watch Toddlers & Tiaras & some of those little girls look like Ooompa Loompas b/c their tan is soo dark & splotchy..scary! LOL They would look so much better with more natural shade of tan.
Body builder competitions are a whole different type of tanning. They would look scary in real life, however for the competitions it's all about being dark dark dark. I enjoy tanning people for both.
