Hi, I was just wondering if the sjolie is causing a bit of a cloud when you spray with it. This seems to be the main problem I keep experiencing when I try any other product besides Fantasy Tan. Ugh! I am sick of their skyrocket prices!!!

The sjolie color, by the way is fabulous, VERY NATURAL. My only issue is the cloud and the smell, so I really will need those scented drops. Any advice that anyone can share about the cloud and why it appears would be greatly appreciated as I really want to make this product my new go to!

Sounds like you have your gun turned up way to high, or you don't have proper ventilation. About the smell???? This was the only solution that I ever used where there wasn't a heavy DHA smell for me. I LOVE the add in scents, I highly recommend trying them.

thanks for the advice, we have played with the gun's spray levels...and we actually have professionally installed ventillation that goes through out ceiling and out the roof. we do close to 100 sprays per week, so pretty knowledgeable. was asking the other person because they are currently using the same product and i assume system as i am so they can probably relate a little better than someone using a different type of airbrush system. the smell is pretty rough compared to fantan and rogue, but it's definitely something i can deal with if there are good smelling drops...plus the customer service was just the bom!

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

I am new the the whole airbrush thing. We are thinking of purchasing a Norvell z3000, but I am very interested in the Sjolie products. Can you use Sjolie products in a Norvell unit? I have also seen the Apollo eqipment on the Sjolie website and wondered if any one had any comparison as to which works better; Norvelle or Apollo? But for sure I want to go with Sjolie product. Thoughts?

I would go with Apollo. I would also try different solutions.

Go Norvell all the way.Go through "Stay Tan North" an ask for Laurie, she is a distributor for Norvell. I wished I had gotten my first Apollo through them. If you have any problems they will send you a lender while they send yours back for repair! Apollo is a tough company to deal w so if you have a company who will stand by you an deal w them for you it will save you time an money!

Same can be said for Tampa Bay Tan. Their customer service is outstanding for their equipment.

Rclawren & others -

Since this thread is about Sjolie new solution reviews, I would recommend starting a new thread - or just searching the many existing threads - about equipment. There are many here who have the different equipment and lots of opinions about it.

In fact - you may even find posts by those that have different units you are considering - and you can PM them and talk in more detail about their units so you can get a sense of which one might work best for you.

Then those looking for information about Sjolie solution can keep on track with this thread.

Good luck!

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

HI there,
I only use SJolie solutions...yes i have tried others but my clients request this color everytime! I have found it to be a great universal solution ! It looks fantastic on all skin types ...double dips come out a beautiful deep brown/ bronze ! I also bought my Apollo T700 through SJolie..I called and spoke with Michael personally (their prices are cheaper too) and asked him why should I buy the equipment through him and not another company...(I was concerned if it broke, would it be replaced etc) he explained in detail that Apollo would replace it and if I was local, He offered the use of one of his systems till mine was fixed. I also asked questions concerning the solutions and the equipment and he answered them all. Once i recieved my epuipment and solutions..I called back and spoke with Ashley and she explained in detail the solutions and the equipment! I am more than pleased with this company and their services. The solutions is fantastic and I have more satisfied clients!

1oz will last you over 300 sprays when using around 3-4 ounces per spray.

send your shipping address to my email with the scent you want to purchase to mike@sjolietanning.com.

The final release will come with our launch of multiple new products, which will make all of these products available via our website/distributors.

Thank you,
I DIDNT KNOW THE SCENTS WERE OUT! I called a month or so ago and they were not ready yet. I just ordered my second order of solution and I would have had the scents added to that order. Dang! I guess I will wait till the next order.
