I would try the drops to get darker the bronzer wont be any darker so make sure she tans the day before the comp, the multiple dips could make her look uneven. At least that's my experience with more than 2 coats.

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

I began using Sjoilie about a month ago. My clients seem to be very happy with the color and longevity of the tan. My only concern/critique is the dry time. My questions are:
1. How long should I give the client to dry before putting their clothing back on?
2. Can you powder areas like the chest or underarm to limit perspiration after application?
3. What advise do you have for the client for the rest of the day if it is humid outside?

Amielynn, I've been using SJolie for a few months now and I'm very happy with it also. I have a fan running on my clients as soon as I'm finished spraying them. I let them know they can hang out and dry as I'm putting away my machine and going over after care, usually about 5 min. I like to powder them after that. I'm living in Japan now and it is HUMID! I prefer to come to them and ask that they stay indoors with the AC turned up. There's never a good outcome with humidity and my clients sweating. I powder the backs of their legs, inside their thighs, under arms and breasts, and in the "elbow pit". Sometimes they ask that their necks be dusted. I just bought several extra large body bronzing brushes for this.

Mike,

I placed an order on the 6th and although payment was taken out of my paypal account that same day, I've yet to receive an order confirmation email or shipping notification like I received very quickly when we made our first order back in January. Can you please look into this for me, I sent an email to your private email account yesterday as well as the orders@ account this morning. Im getting a little concerned the products wont arrive in time and need to know if I should be looking for a replacement product in the meantime.

1.) We recommend 5 to 10 minutes, closer to 5 minutes if you have a fan or applying air from the HVLP to assist with dry time.

2.) Powder is commonly used when there is a tacky or wet feeling afterwards. This does not harm the tan as long as you do not smudge.

3.) If you live in an area where it is humid, it is always recommended to give tips on keeping dry and prevent excessive sweating. This is not always avoided, but if they are aware of how to care for the tan afterwards, there is typically never an issue.

I hope this helps, please email or call us direct, we love to help!

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

Hello Canadasummer,

We've actually had an email on file for your account that was not working on our end. We are glad you found us on tantalk to communicate. Being that you have a machine with your order, and international, everything will ship together to avoid any extra fees on your end with tax/duties.

Email me personally at your convenience, and I'll give you the tracking numbers for your package. We will always attempt our hardest to take care of you, and provide the fastest service possible.

Take care, and I'll be looking forward to your email.

Regards,

Thanks CaliGrl707 and Mike for your suggestions. I will try a little bit of the powder and see if that helps along with using the HPLV hose. Thanks again SJoile...I think I will continue to be happy using your products and customer service. Also....I am very excited to learn more about your "rapid tan" launching thie fall.

When you powder do you use a different brush for each client and then wash them all at the end of the day??
I have been wanting to powder clients but I have been trying to figure out how to be sanitary but not have a lot of brushes I have to wash each day, maybe that's not as big of a pain as I imagine it would be.
Thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no way around that issue that I know of. If anyone else has any ideas, please share. I just bought a few soft barber brushes and large body bronzer brushes and wash in between. I don't find it to be too big of a hassle. They're small and I have my "dirty" bag, and my "clean bag", so it doesn't take up too much space in my bag.
