I was just wondering if this spray is good for extremely pale skin tones. I'm looking to spray on for myself and wanted to know if this wil male me look dirty. If it is not a good one, does anyone know one that is? Thanks!

If you are pale I would NOT use the 12%.... Use the 6% or 9%.. I tried inserting a clients pic that I sprayed with 9% Sjolie, but since it was a facebook img it wouldn't let me insert it.. You can copy and paste the address though.. If you have a facebook account you should be able to see it.

I was told that it wouldn't accept my personal credit card because I was shipping to the salon and not my home billing address. Kinda turned me off. Norvell's gain.

It did me the same way.. It was because you probably have a different billing zipcode than where you were wanting it shipped. It was declining your card for security reasons.. Not Sjolie.. I would agree that Sjolie needs to set it up on their site to have a different shipping address than the billing address..

When on step 2 of 3, you can click "change shipping address", which you can input your salon address or where you wish it to be shipped to. This option is available.

The first address entered should be "billing address" as it states, and second step would be delivery address change OPTION.

I wanted to order some of Sjolie because I had ordered the samples and more. I tried to use my free shipping but I was refused this courtesy because I had used it to order my samples. I didn't know you couldn't use it again, it just said you could get free shipping on all orders over $30. I emailed Sjolie and called and left a message but no one ever got back with me. So I decided not to order. The color was nice but it did not fade will. I was very disappointed about all this.

I actually loved SJolie. I ordered 12%. I did however, rinse off after 5 hours contact time. I normally use 10% on myself. Before I spray my clients, I always try the new product out first. It was a nice moisturizing product with a fairly dark color guide. It is not, in my opinion, a product you want to spray and then plan to go out later while it is still developing. It developed a muddy appearance while developing. Once I rinsed off, the color was a nice warm brown and then continued to develop further. It is definitely a product I am going to use for my 12% clients. Another benefit is its price point. :>)
