I have two bottles of 9%. The color comes out kinda green does this mean it's not good anymore? I have had it a bit not sure exactly I ordered ahead and I think I may have gotten too much. Any advice would be great. I hate to pitch it if I don't need to.

When did you order this solution ? What you see is the DHA starting to AGE towards expiration if not already, which will show a green color. If not exposed to light or opened, it should last 6 months on the shelf.

Let me know how long ago you purchased it, and I can help you further.

Latinflavor- I just saw the pic you posted of your client, this was back in January...she looks awesome! I was already thinking of getting Sjolie, but now I'm pretty sure I will!

Why is it that when you call a business, the person you most want to speak with is CONVENIENTLY not in? This is always how it goes after asking for that person... ''Let me see if they are in the office...'', ''I'm sorry they are NOT in the office right now... Can I take a message??'' You would think that being a family owned business, they would be there for you and not give you the run around when they 'don't know who you are'. I thought for sure that this company would be different but I guess I was mistaken. I'm terribly disappointed. : (

communication with Michael at Sjolie is amazing! I always email him knowing how busy he must be during peak season but he always responds fairly quickly. That is one reason that I stuck with them...great solution ...but awesome customer service!

Hello GlowingTann,

It's unfortunate you were unable to reach the person you were trying to speak with, I assume it was myself you were looking for as my staff told me there were calls waiting for me to get back to as soon as I came into the office (10 minutes ago). I do apologize, but I am not always around when customers call, however I DO return calls if there is a number left for me to call back. That is a promise. Again, we have office layout where my staff cannot see my desk directly, and they do have to place people on hold to see if I am still in my office, on the line with another customer, or in a meeting, that is normal protocol for almost any business. Sorry to disappoint. Good news though, I am here, and can take your call!

Hi Michael,

Yes, it was you I was wanting to speak with and I do not believe you just got in 10 mins ago like you said (and that is just my own opinion) as I also had to give that famous response of, "they're not here right now, can I take a message?"... You may be slammed and/or not ready to speak with someone at the moment but you and I both know it's just easier sometimes to lie instead of letting the person know you are busy at the moment and will get back to them as soon as you are free. I hated the fact that they made me say that to clients where I used to work. People aren't stupid. At least I'm not. I hear it in their voice when they tell a lie and I'm so glad I don't have to do that anymore to clients.

Regardless of this whole thing, I do have a question. I sprayed a client Saturday. I have 8% and added 12 drops of DHA drops to it and my client gave me feed back that she felt she had very little color. She is fair skinned and said she did not have any streaks or oranginess but that it was very light and natural. That is what I wanted but how could it be that she didn't get much color if I added so many drops? I only used 2 out of the 4oz. to spray her.

I hate having to ask like this as I prefer to speak in person. I like to get to know someone who I feel I would be working with in a sense but at this point, I will admit I'm embarrassed to call now just because I had to make my point the way I did and now I know I'll get super bad anxiety talking with you over the phone. So if you wouldn't mind, communicating like this will be much better for me. Thank you.

I would understand all this if you had some kind of emergency but most questions should be asked through emails. Its takes less time to answer an email than return calls all day. I am glad Michael replys to me quickly....probably because he is not stuck on the phone with emergency tanning calls.
