Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

I have used a long list of solutions including AVIVA. Maybe they have improved their solution like so many companies have but at the time I found it to be sticky and my clients did not like that. I now only use two solutions one of them being SJolie and I love it and more importantly my clients love it. Even their 14% solution for competition is great. Today I sprayed one of my clients and she looks amazing. I will post picture after tomorrows competition. Sorry if I drifted off the main subject.

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

Never heard or seen this happen..unfortunate though. Once your spray tan has faded give yourself a second spray, twice on the legs only (see how that works for you before doing your upper body) you may have sprayed yourself a bit too much. I would advice you to use a tan extender if your tan changes color while fading. Hope this helps.

Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS

Hello KamSunless,

I am sorry to hear you didn't have a good first time experience. This sounds one of two things.

A.) You used a 12% on a Type 1 (Pale) / Type 2 (mostly Fair skin), Our 12% will not fade in your favor if you are using a tone that is too dark for your skin type, which in return would cause alligator skin, or uneven fading.

B.) Too much solution was used. We sometimes see our customers spray on too thick of a coat that can cause to uneven tans or bad fading.

My recommendation would be to wait for the current tan to fade prior to attempting to use our solution again. Once it is faded, apply two LIGHT coats of solution onto your legs. See how this fades before spraying the entire body.

Do you have anything lighter than 12% to try? I feel that, although you tan well, that 9% would be your most ideal color as 12% is meant for naturally dark skin tones.

Please keep me updated, you can email me direct for any questions or advice, mike@sjolietanning.com

Thank you and good luck!

I would have to agree with Michael...that is way too dark for you. I am fair skinned and I use 1/3 6% and 2/3 9% on myself. I have only experienced the alligator skin affect once. I then turned my gun down and it never came back. Good luck to you!
