Rep Power: 0 | Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS I agree, it is a little "sticky" for awhile, but like Mike said, it's moisturizing. This is the only solution I have tried that doesn't "crack" on my legs. It's not drying like others, so I'll take the slight stickiness. =) Also Mike has AWESOME customer service! Karla |

Yes it was sticky when I applied but Mike has went out of his way to answer my questions and get me out new samples. I loved the color and the fading. It has lasted through the week and faded very evenly. I am definetly considering this for my salon. |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS Hello Jeff, We sent an email asking our clients to give good reviews to our product line in the sense of a good review meaning "good in-depth". It can be negative, neutral, or positive. We are sorry if the email was poorly written in what our intentions were. We felt that our products would benefit if users would post how they were using it, any complications, how they fixed the complication, ect. It was no way the intent to "purchase raving reviews" as NOW, I can see how it could be taken in a negative way. I'll be more wise choosing better terms. All in all, we wanted feedback on the products for our inhouse review system to improve our line, while giving our clients a chance to earn a free gift certificate. Please note, our reviews are solely listed on our website only, it doesn't distribute anywhere else on the web. Thanks for the input Jeff, We'll make the changes next time to not look so sketchy, We'll define the reviews can be Negative as well.

Rep Power: 0 | Re: SJolie New Solution REVIEWS I read the email that was sent, and the owner doesn't need to apologize or reword his intentions. Dcjjp2 is an idiot, looking to stir things up. The email doesn't say or even hint at implying that it must be a review with a positive slant. The email says, "Write a review that is ATLEAST 50 words or more, explaining what you thought of the product, how it reacted, how you applied it, ect. The more information, the better. This will not only help our company improve our product line, but it will give new guests to our site a chance to learn about our products before purchasing." Geeeeez, seriously. It's a newer business throwing out an incentive for customers to give a bit of feedback on the results they're getting. That's it. |
