Then I will either call him or text him as sson as I get to the address my normal appointments usually last 30 mins if I do not call him or text him after 30 mins he will call my phone 3 times. If I do not answer he then is to call the clients house if they do not answer he gets into the car and drives right over. Now this has never happened but we do have a pack and we do stick to it. I would rather be safe than sorry! Oh also I have a pepper spray that I carry with me which I keep it in my tanning case at all times. However if I do tan a male yes I will bring my husband with me and no I do not tan men fully naked. Honestly its rare that a man will call or email for a spray tan a huge part of my business has been all women and teenage girls. |

If you think you will be alive in the 30 minutes you should think again. I'm sorry but unless you charge for 2 people to be on staff you are taking risk. If you are that desperate for money you should look into another profession. Just my opinion.

I pay $160.00 to get my hair done but lasts for 9 Weeks so it is completely worth it. I would never pay $125.00 for a tan that will only last a week , does this cost include anything else manicure, pedicure or massage? With the way the economy is especially right now I have made a lot more money by running specials every week. I have also talked to a lot of business owners as well to kind of get a feel of what they are doing right now. The response I am getting especially here in California is everyone is running specials cutting prices and still making money. I have found that everyone is very cautious in their money spending right now so it's not about being desperate for money and lowering my costs down it's about willing to work with people and the economy. | |

Rep Power: 35 | Re: Mobile Tanning Safety For me accepting $25 for a mobile tan will never happen. I'll go back to working on computers for $55 to $75 an hour before I would degrade my services to something so cheap. When someone comes to me for a spray tan they know they are getting the best, I've put the time and effort into researching every aspect of spray tanning that I can find and continue to research it along with all types of tanning. I also have over 20K in equipment related to spray tanning at the salon to make their visit the best which is why most prefer to come to the salon. :)
