Yet another mystic vs versaspa post

Hey all,
Pardon me for being redundant, I know there are many posts about which is better between Mystic Tan and Versa Spa, but...
Does anyone know anything about the new HD Mystic Tan booth, it's white and red?
I'm leaning towards VersaSpa anyway, but I just wondered if anyone has tried the newest Mystic booth or thinks there will be a great difference between this one and the old ones?

Nope, no difference. Same crap, different color.

It seems to me, that the Versa is having a lot of problems with their solution??? I would be more inclined too buy the Mystic (used) if I were to buy one. Again, to pay $24,500 on a new machine when it comes down to the juice being sprayed on the customer...it will take a WHOLE lot of sprays to get my mula back at $24,500. You can put any companies solution in the Mystic...even the MyMyst if your not happy with Mystic juice.

There is no more problems with the solution. The only problem is when you try to buy a cheap replacement. These units are calibrated for the Versaspa solution. When used correctly its the best on the market. The new My mist added a blower and heater. Versaspa already had this. You still have to use the cartridges with My mist. When you compare the cost for the salon owner and the ease to use Versaspa over the MyMist then you'll go with the Versaspa

some people are very happy with their mystic. Everyone is happy with their versaspa. Further, I dont know of any mystics putting up the crazy revenue numbers some chains are doing with the versaspa.

Last year Versaspa units outsold mystic units more than 4 to 1. Keep in mind mystic was the marketing powerhouse, not versaspa, so it had everything to do about performance.

A busy salon will save 8k per year on solution with a versaspa over a mystic.

There is a reason the big chains literally threw away 50+ mystic units at a time and replaced them with versaspa

A busy salon will not save 8K on solutiuon when Magic charges $100.00 per GALLON and you can find solution that is just as good or better for half the price. Big chains got a screaming deal from Magic when they got rid of their Mystic that in many cases were 3-6 years old. If I sprayed a client with the Blue Box and sprayed another client with the Versa Spa...same jiuice, you could not tell the difference the next day!

I have had both. But also consider this...I have had so much feedback since I have owned both. There are so many people that have returned to spray tanning in my store because of the Versa Spa.

They did not like being in a closet and stuck breathing in the mist in our Mystic booth. It was also like a box of chocolates...you never knew what you were going to get...streaking, bad hands and feet. Just another consideration if the booth does not blow dry you.

I do more way more booth sprays than air brush. I can do better pricing on the booth and no employees needed. Plus, so many people want the privacy and faster results.

I am pretty fair skinned. If you want to judge your solution find a really fair skinned person. I will say that the VS does my hands and feet about the best I've ever had...pretty flawless.

Love it so much more than air brush actually. Not sure about the new Mystic, but with our other unit I was an ungodly mess and I had to hide my hands and feet in public till it wore off.

Have not used the new Mystic booth.

It's all in the solution....when you get right down to it.....as your post basically just said.

The only solution you should be using is SJOLIE Sunless Tanning.

Only make this statement, if you have tried all solutions yourself. Coming from a guy who doesn't believe in Sunless.....it's hard to take this comment to the bank. And if you like it so much....please explain what makes it stand out from all the others?:)
