So that statement does not apply to the large spray booths mystic sells. ???? I'm saying the mystic spray booth just turned my face redder and left my body white, and yes I exfoliated. You tell me what happened. Could be that I'm only 5'3. Plus add to that the dingbat salon workers that never offer eye or nose protection was another turn off. I did a tanning party in October for homecoming. Two girls there said the same thing, this time Versaspa, just hit them in the face/no nose protection was offered. |

The eye/nose protection is not often used with mystic tan as its not harmful for inhalation etc as it is composed of natural products, aloe and DHA is derived from sugar beets and sugar cane. I am short too and it always works great. Could be the protein specifically in your skin, as rare cases are different and you dont seem to take to either so it could be the case, I know some people whose body is slightly darker then their face.. As for the versa spa not working on those girls.. no idea.. i dont like versa spas. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Yet another mystic vs versaspa post Ktanning Your statement about Mystic Premium is not true. There are many other companies that sell their bronzer spray solution in a 5 gallon drum. Mystic premium has a ok to a little above average reputation amonga most salon owners that have tried other solutions...and there are some very good ones that I believe BLOW mystic away. How many post do you read about on these blogs talking about some complaint regarding Mystic juice....green, smells bad, not dark enough, etc. If your happy with their solution than you should keep on buying it...but this cowboy has spoken to too many other salons around the country that differ with that opinion. And the Versa spa maybe the hottest spray machine out there..... Check out these other products...you may change your mind on a few:):) |

Re: Yet another mystic vs versaspa post All: I made statements earlier in this post regarding the Versa Spa solutions. I as well as many others were unhappy with the change in solution and were taking measures to recover. I am HAPPY to say that Versa Spa listened to us and they have gone back to the original solution . I am overly pleased at the response by Versa and MUST give credit where credit is due. They went to the nth degree to restore not only my confidence but my customer's confidence as well. I have not witnessed this type of service in all my years....thank you Mike O. I am back online and I am happy to report that it IS the original recipe and I am back to the glory days of the beautiful results that I and hundreds of my customers have come to love. For all of my peers that fell off the wagon like myself, feel confident in contacting them and they will make it right. I get nothing for this post and it is merely to convey credit to a company that is committed to doing the right thing. A rare thing as you all know. | |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: Yet another mystic vs versaspa post The new mymyst cartridge formulas are paraben free. They are using erythrulose and dha in combination. Mystic and versa are now one company from what the website says. MT industries. also claim to be fragrance-free. Will know when I play my first order on Feb 1st |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Yet another mystic vs versaspa post I've said it before I use Savvy Solution in my MYMYst and love it. before I started filling cartridges up with Savvy I had quit selling the bronze mymyst. too many orange people bad hands and feet, sticky stinky stuff. Since the switch I can guarantee they wont turn orange and the aroma is a clean smell and of course no more sticky. I really like the HVLP type application in the MyMyst, no runs or drips. The customer comes out almost dry. If you have a MyMyst you've never been able to try anything else. send me a pm and I'll share some savvy with you
