Hi All,
Anyone have any suggestions of the kind of software to use for a spray tanning salon?
I'm looking to have something that will allow me to have membership cards/key cards, something that can process checks and credit cards, something that can keep track of my inventory, and different packages and/or specials. And if it's possible, something that will allow automatic debits from customers' accounts if they do a monthly package commitment?

I heard helios is a good program for salons and spas, would it also be good for a strictly spray tanning salon?

Spa/Salon software are super expensive...I use Quickbooks pro...and it does most of the...maybe all, but I don't use all the functions...you can also link up your CC processing/GC's ets to it as well...and your account will love it...because most deal with it...As for booking appointments I use Google calendar and link it to my Outlook calendar...ao I can book wherever I am..

Hello. I was just reading how you use QB to run your salon? Can you tell me how? Do you have tanning beds or just spray tanning ? I have QB and I am in need of software.
