Exfoliation I am trying to find the best body scrub for pre airbrush tanning. I am a massage therapist and do body scrubs all the time but usually they are essential oil based sugar or salt scrubs that leave coconut oil on the skin. Any suggestions? What ingredients should i watch out for in the scrub that might affect the outcome of the tan? |
Re: Exfoliation Where you get your solution from should offer an exfoliate that works with spray tanning. |
Re: Exfoliation Hey Spa slave... try the St. Tropez scrub... its simply the best going, no weird oils to mess with the tan . I have used it for years... love it, cant scrub without it !!! hope you try it!!! |
Re: Exfoliation not every company offers retail product. loofah is always reliable for exfoliating. laymen clients tend to want to know what can they get off the shelf at the drug store or say walmart. i tend to offer options, such as if you want a higher end product, be prepared to spend.... so on and so forth. its important to connect with people in this manner to keep repeat business. but also, know what the best option at walmart is since a large portion of (at least my biz) will shop there and grab something quick. |
Re: Exfoliation Thanks for the responses. I am working on developing a product line to use in my spa. I intend to use my own brand scrub on my clients and offering a scrub tan package :) Im just working out what I should not put in the scrub as to not mess up the tanning process :) Thanks again for the tips |
