Hey Everyone - I got a call from OC tanning yesterday and the guy on the phone tried to sell me their new spray tanning solution that he says "no ****... will last 21+ days". My first thought is... how is that even possible when skin cells shed every week to 10days?? Does anyone have any legit information on this product or similar solutions?? I had a client call me up and ask if we had the solution that lasts 30 days??? Says a girlfriend of hers that sprays in California uses it...

I have never heard of spray tans lasting this long... am I missing something??

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Your first thought was correct. If only skin cells lasted so long...these salesman need to remember what they learned in biology! Anything to make a sale.

Tell them to send you a sample and then call you back in 30 days.

I thought the skin naturally exfoliates about once every 28 days. However many people now manually exfoliate and do it too much.

Ok - so I called back to RSun Tanning and asked about their sunless solution that lasts 21-30 days and the guy says to me.. "we don't have anything like that - I think I know who you were talking to and he is incorrect!! Any product we carry will last 7-10 days"

Interesting... don't always believe what you hear - it may be coming from a cocky sales rep at RSun tanning!! :)

some people are just nasty ******** and never shower. Might last that long if this is the case.
