I think she had something on her skin like the others said, i have had a case where somebody told me she had used a very good exfoliator and so she didnt want the pre tan wipe. unfortunately i had to go back because it just went patchy after she had showered, i've since always insisted that people use the wipes, never had a problem since. Also, bath products with lots of oils in can bring the tan off, things like dove are a big culprit. and obviously leaving it long enough, and not using exfoliators afterwards and not rubbing with the towel. Hope it works out for you! :o) |

What makes her and you think that "fake" isn't going to wash off if you soak? I wasn't being negative, just realistic. Start handling the truth instead of just demanding what you want to hear. | |

I am so hard on my spray tan and I work out and I am in the pool a couple times a week and my tan lasts about a week with no blotchiness and I think that it is the extender that really helps to prolong my tan. |

There are some really good tips and points of knowledge in this thread and I would say first thing is you need to see her skin 1 or 2 days after you spray her. Is she a new customer to being sprayed? If so chances are your spray developed but not as dark as the cosmetic bronzer so she "assumed" it didn't work. or......... It is possible that DHA just does not jive with her skin type. Rare but does happen. Every now and again I will run into a salon owner who states "no matter what I use on this one client of mine" the liquid does not take and develope. Things that make you go Hummmmm????? |

I had a woman once complain about how her legs came out. After questioning her I found she had put on baby oil before het tan. |
