Lead, mercury, and arsenic (heavy metals) are everywhere. And I know for a FACT that DHA is not carcinogenic! I was OUTSIDE! I'm I going to wear a respirator OUTSIDE in 80 degree heat with a breeze? NO. Anyway, SUNLESS people. Has anyone had these symptoms? I am looking into what it is in solutions that might be making me sick. I'm thinking it may be Propylene Glycol. Please email me if you have had any or all symptoms of.. headache, dizzy, nausea, burning nose. |

I see that you believe that DHA is 100% harmless, well it isn't. It is not simple sugar water as these companies led you to believe and the safety of it has never been tested for spray use. There should be a training course and you should attend but I know that if I am going to be placing a chemical into a spray gun and atomizing it into the atmosphere that I am inhaling then I am going to properly protect my lungs from inhaling it as it IS harmful to inhale fine particulates and chemicals. I don't care what temperature it is outside or inside I am going to provide proper ventilation and breathing apparatus to fully protect myself and my clients. Look into building a platform with blowers in it to create a downdraft to pull down the fumes away from the client and yourself. You may think it looks silly to wear a respirator but I know it is just dumb not to. Anything that you constantly breathe in on a regular basis will do you harm and the FACT that you exhibited symptoms of headache, dizziness, nausea and burning nasal passages are direct signs that it is bad for you and that you are doing irreversible and irreparable harm to yourself. But if you don't care about what I say and just want to discount it then that is your choice. At least you will look marvelous in the box. | |

Well it is the main ingredient in anti freeze, that's right, the green stuff that leaks from your carr when it overheats. It is also a poison and will kill you if ingested or absorbed into your membranes. The manufacturing companies knowingly put that in there but since it is mixed with "sugar water" I guess that you would deem it to be safe to atomize and inhale. I also never said that the manufacturers add lead, arsenic, and mercury to the product, I just simply stated that it is present in the solution . I will argue all day with you because I am right and I know it and others should be made aware of it too. Denial is a powerful force that makes us do things that are knowingly wrong and allows us to do them anyway. There is a fine line between being a hero and being an idiot. |

You are barking up the wrong tree if you think that I can help you. If you have a problem with it, go to the solution companies, call the FDA, I don't know how I can help you! Did you see all the news 2 weeks about (speaking of arsenic) about UV? I'm not bugging you about that. So quit bugging me! Your just being snobby and sarcastic, your not helping! And once again, as I stated in the first post I was OUTSIDE while changing nose filters. Can you spray 11 girls in the heat with a gas mask on? Your being the idiot! My solution company is not helping me, so I once again SUNLESS not UV people. Have you ever had any symptoms? Last edited by sunid; 08-17-2009 at 09:02 AM. Reason: question |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: Has anyone ever gotten headache, dizzy? I used to spray crotch rockets in 100 degrees for 8 hours with a respirator on. You probably smoke with the windows up in your car in the winter cause it's too cold to roll your windows down right? Dude, nobody is telling you you're gonna bring down the mobile sunless industry (even though I wish you could), they're telling you the **** is bad to breathe in, where a respirator. I'm dizzy and feel like throwing up, but I refuse to stop spinning round and round in circles. Does that make sense to you? |

Rep Power: 15 | Re: Has anyone ever gotten headache, dizzy? Sure, let's get into what UV does to people who have the ability to tan: 1. Produces cancer fighting Vitamin D 2. Promotes p53 activity which is the protein that protects your DNA from damage 3. Promotes bone growth and calcium synthesis in the body through the production of Vitamin D 4. Destroys the bacteria that causes acne and psoriasis 5. Promotes melanin production which protects the skin from damage caused by sunburn 6. Could prevent 90 deaths for every 1 death caused by skin cancer 7. Could lift a $49 billion burden on our health care industry by preventing many forms of cancer and disease. 8. Prevents and cures ricketts in children via the production of Vitamin D 9. UV is your bodies ONLY natural source for vitamin D production, so toxicity that can be caused by Vitamin D supplements is not possible through UV exposure. 10. And many, many more benefits courtesy of the sun and indoor tanning. To educate yourself beyond the media brainwashing, please visit sunlighttruth.com and see for yourself what experts and doctors OUTSIDE of the tanning industry say about UV and vitamin D. Can I get an Amen, and a rep point? |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Has anyone ever gotten headache, dizzy? Kpower... Hype on top of hype... You can get your vitamin D in 15 minutes or less in the sun...Why do I need to go to a tanning bed? I don't "safe burn" either, I burn! I have been to a tanning bed ONCE in my life and I will NEVER go again. If your knowledgeable on SUNLESS solutions, I want to talk to you! I am not going to argue with anymore UV'ers. |
