I have used california tan, norvell, all the big names and have never found a better solution than Tropical Mist located in Hollywood Florida. Absolutely perfect for ALL types of skin. Gives a great boost to my tanarexic customers and a beautiful bronze to my very pale clients. Never have had a problem with streaking, smells great, solution is organic, its all in all a wonderful product... Recommend it to everyone.

i use Savvy Sunless and find it to be awesome. I was referred to them by a post on the boards and gave it a shot, been using it for a couple years now and find it's amazing. Really natural looking, great colour, lasts long, no sticky feeling and it smells awesome. Everything i was looking for in a solution .

Just my 2 cents - since I haven't posted FOREVER...
I have used South Seas for years. A couple months ago I tried the Aviva Labs Gimme Brown and I have not turned back. I adore Julie, the owner of South Seas, BUT Gimme Brown is just better. I have very fair skin and use the Gimme Brown 10% and it's always perfect. My long-term clients love their new Gimme Brown tans. I have asked what they like better and they say (and I fully agree) it has no odor. It doesn't transfer onto fabrics. It lasts longer. When it does fade, it fades rapidly. My people love it, as do I.
At first, I thought it was tanning me red, but that's just the first day. After your first shower, it is brown and GORGEOUS! Of course, I'm so naturally white that it could have just looked red on me.
I'm always on the lookout for better airbrush solutions. Until someone can beat Gimme Brown...I'm staying with it.

You don't need a license to buy Gimme Brown at Aviva Labs. Well I did buy Aviva Labs 10% with Bronzer and it's pretty darn good, it works better on my client that is very very fair skin than the Norvell Regular did. Now I'm wondering if Gimme Brown will work well on her too.

I prefer buying from vendors who dont sell to the public or vendors who wont sell to competitors within a certain mile radius

If you call Norvell though they will tell you where you can buy their solution from which is Stay Tan North, Four Seasons, etc, I guess you can't buy directly from them. If you call Aviva Labs, you can buy directly from them and they don't require a license. They told me to go on their website.
