Booster drops

For non-DHA booster drops, what really is it? Anyone know? $15-20 for 1 oz. seems a little high for something that adds color that washes off in the shower.

Gravy powder which means you can lick it off rather than wash it off LOL

Re: Booster drops

Its good for training, and it also helps you see the color guide better if you have a light color guide.

I have something called "bronzing drops"..I think it is about $35 for 2oz. and if this is the same thing, I definately think it is worth it.

We only have to add 4 drops per person and they get alot darker

Re: Booster drops

Sorry, I should have been more discriptive. Does anyone know what the actual ingredient(s) or what booster drops are composed of? I use them and know what it is for, just trying to find it cheaper. : )
Thanks!

Re: Booster drops

Mostly concentrated color and water. I sell this a bunch for my salons who have body builders and beauty pagents to spray. This way they are able to get extra dark without the risk of the nasty after affects of to much DHA. It also is better than having a gallon of super dark around just for a few clients.

Re: Booster drops

FYI I am not sure I would try to duplicated it on my own. Way to hard. Just so ya know the drop made with Caramel instead of dye's tend to last longer (not turn green) Just something we have found.

Re: Booster drops

Another industry rip off, save your money.............any thing other than darkening the colorguide is all they do.

And over dark colorguides are just plain ugly. It all goes down the drain anyway leading to triple the "my tan just washed down the drain" calls.

I kind of agree here..this concept of being dark when initially sprayed, then lighter after initial shower, then start to go dark as the tan develops mmmmmmm all a bit kind of backward don't you think....

Wouldn't it be better..spray..kind of darkish (the therapist does need some initial colour guide to see where the heck they are spraying) ...shower and no backward lightness and the tan just gets darker.

Much more simplistic and positive for the simplest of customers minds to cope with.
