Lighting help Can someone please help me out on this. I am fairly new at the sunless tanning and I have a designated room that I use for tanning clients......the room is attached to my house, but kinda under my house and has a different entrance door....... Anyways, it is a small room.....holds a tanning bed, hot water heater and a couple of small things (I am selling the tanning bed, so it soon will be out of there) but the main thing is there are no windows in the room and the only light I have is above the door and it doesn't put out that much light.............I went to WalMart and got another light fixture hoping that would help, but it really doesn't help much...... What kind of lighting and or fixture should I get? I was thinking about the Flourescent Lighting, but I do not know if this will be best to achieve the desired lighting I am needing....... Any suggestions......any links will also be greatly appreciated

I take the flood lights with me when I do mobile. Hope this helps. The flood lights have a protection cover so you don't break the lights and great for mobile. You can get them at the hardware store. |

Re: Lighting help Thanks Tanner717......I haven't started going completely mobile, as of yet, but I will definately get those within the next few weeks. How do you get electricity to your unit, when you use the tent? (I am assuming you just use the clients(?) I just purchased a flourescent light strip (about 30 minutes ago) and it has 2 bulbs and is 8' long (high output) so I hope this does the trick :)

Rep Power: 23 | Re: Lighting help Get the nasty Cool White bulbs out of there & get a better light with a higher CRI (CRI = Color Rendering Index- The guys at Walmart & home depot won't know what that is.) You can find some with names like Spec 35, SPX 35, or they might end in the number 835, 935. These will make the tan look much nicer when they are done. The cheap cool white lamps that come with the unit usually make stuff look nasty. |

I assumed since these are high output lights, they would work great....But, I guess I was wrong :( Anyways, so I basically need to LOWES or Home Depot and look for bulbs with the above markings on them? Can you give me a brand or what the actual box will say....how much wattage, etc., do you recommend? I want to go ahead and get the correct ones before this weekend....so please help me if yu can.......if you could find a link, that would be VERY useful.... Thanks so much!
