Hi All! My name is Amanda and I will be opening a sunless tanning service in the next couple of weeks. I want to know what was the most effective (but least expensive) advertising method for your business. I have a decal for my car and my husband's, I will be listed in the yellow pages (online) and will soon be creating a website. I will also be sending out a flyer to businesses (dance schools, gymnastics, wedding planners..) to let them know about me. I was thinking about doing door hangers as well. Have any of you done that? What was the response? I don't want to go overboard since its just me doing this, but I also want to make sure I have some business when I open. So, please tell me about your advertising experiences.

Or find a local paper and run a short ad with a 5.00 discount and offer them a referral program for every 5 customers they refer they get sprayed for free or to the packages if they prepay pay for 4 and get the 5 one free.
