I can comment specifically on what ours does only. It provides a mild exfoliation and also a cleaning of any oils/creams on the skin that will inhibit sunless color development. Spray or spritz on, towel dry and you are ready to go. Many upcharge for this service and some folks do it every time as part of their program. These product can help with consistency. I do not want to be spammy so if you would like info on your other questions, drop us an email.
