Soap

What liquid soaps should not be used pre and post spray tan ? What is the best drug/grocery store liquid soap in your opinion? I get this question all the time. I buy expensive liquid soap others are not willing to pay for so I would like to have a cheaper suggestion for them.

Re: Soap

Anything without Lye is a good start and what I recommend to folks. Those include soaps made for babies like liquid or bars of Johnson & Johnson. They are incredibly gentle cleansers and lack the harsh lye found in many commercial soaps and are high in moisture content. Best Wishes K22!

Re: Soap

Also stay away from the smelly varieties as they often have a higher % of volitiles in them. Body washs are the worst. Americans seem to think they can mask with perfume rather than truely wash the body. I recommend the "baby" soaps as well my clients likethe idea of "baby
ing" thier skin!!!

Re: Soap

Crystal - VistaPrint is the best place I've found to utilize for after care cards (they are titled postcards at the website). I can get around 150 of them for under $20 and they look amazing. I also use postcards from the site for customer cards to complete. I utilize this website also for my husband's mobile pet grooming business. We save $100's yearly by using this website.

Re: Soap

Back to the soap. Most solutions carry their own retail products and include a body wash. Something to moisturize but gentle for spray tans . Solution manufacturer should know best.
