Rep Power: 0 | DHA accelerator to speed up sunless? Hello forum - I recently read something about a DHA "accelerator", that allows you to take a shower about 1-2 hours after being spray tanned, as opposed to the normal 4-6 hour waiting period. Of course I cannot find this information now (just my luck!). I'm reaching out to you guys for info on this. Anyone use it? Who makes it? Does it really work? Any drawbacks? etc...... Thanks in advance for the feedback! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: DHA accelerator to speed up sunless? It seems like something like this must exist considering Aviva now has a new solution that develops in 1-3 hours. However they do claim that it's the worlds first "rapid" sunless solution .... |

Maybe it wasn't an accelerator. So perhaps engfant is right, and there is no such thing. Boy, wouldn't it be nice if there was! Think I just might try the Express out - at least on myself, because I have to admit, finding 6 hours of down time is a killer in my busy schedule. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: DHA accelerator to speed up sunless? Tried out the Aviva Express this weekend on myself and it worked like a charm. Left it on for three hours (the time they tell you for a "dark" tan) and showered. At first I was disappointed and thought it didn't really do much. But a few hours later I was thrilled. My tan was just as dark and wonderful as when I use my regular solution (non-Aviva product) and wait six hours. Sorry nay-sayers, obviously Aviva DID figure something out! One other thing to note, I am one of those people that for some reason gets that "DHA smell" for about 2 full days after being sprayed. I hate it, but its always been that way. Anyway, the smell was VERY minimal with Aviva Express, so that was pleasing as well. |
