I was wondering ,can someone be spray tan under the age 18..?

I would post something here and ask people for examples.... I need them also... then you can tweak them for your company. i am thinking of having a general form that people fill out with all their information(name, address, email address for specials or coupons) - at the bottom i will have them sign it as a release (consent).. i might just add a 2nd spot to sign if they are a minor.

Florida is trying to pass a law that makes parents have to sign release forms for anyone under 18 and they have to consent to how many sessions, minutes, etc.

The present law says tanning device, it doesn't specify spray or not. We are trying to get clarification on that now through our lobbyist.
