just tried Aviva

for the first time. I sprayed 1 leg and 1 arm. (That was kinda hard) I'm sure I'll be all kinds of striped in the morning, but that's ok. I'm just trying to see color and fade. I used aviva 8 with bronzer. I don't really see much bronzer color, but NO sticky. Love that. I've been sprayed with Norvell and was SOOO stickey. Norvell also has a great CG. Is Aviva supossed to be so light? This is my first try on myself or anyone for that matter. I haven't had a guinie pig yet. I got samples from All about me, Aviva and Norvell. Any other suggestions one great ones to try?

Re: just tried Aviva

I have been guinea pigging my friends with the Aviva. I LOVE the lack of smell and the fast drying time. The 12% looks AWESOME! Really bronzey/brown, tropical tan. It only lasted 5 days on my trial. The 10% was nice on my client... not too dark or too light, however, she is of Irish descent and her face was a little orangey, not quite sunkissed... I am trying the 10% on another friend to see if it is INDEED the difference in the body chemistry. I am using the 8% tonight on a fair skinned teenager. I will be glad to let you know and email you before and after photos, just shoot me your email address.

Thanks, Leisa

Re: just tried Aviva

very light for me. really didn't get much color(I thought I put a lot on too) but it was the 8. I think I will try the 10 on the other leg tomorrow.

Re: just tried Aviva

wow...I just tried them a few weeks ago....the 8% was too light in my opinion and I am olive skin type so I tried the 12% and I felt that in a couple days I turned a little orangy and I HATE to say that...I tried the 10 and it seemed the best...still didn't blow me away.... and the color didn't last as long as I thought it would. Smells so much better though than Norvell...but Norvell won me over again!

The exfoliant and moisturizer from Aviva though is awesome!!!! I really really liked it.

Their Tango Tan though is a great instant bronzer and I tried that yesterday and really really liked it.

For AB Solution though, I'm stickin with Norvell

Re: just tried Aviva

Thanks for the info dakota, I was just gonna go spray my first guinea pig tonight, but I think I will wait as she is in a wedding in 2 days. I will lose it if she turns orange. I will try the 10 on me tonight. I did like Norvell but not the sticky.

Re: just tried Aviva

Hi Deb,

The Aviva Labs should not end up so light. It is common to experience lightness if your spray machine still has the same settings as when you were spraying your other thicker, heavier, more sticky solution through it. Please call Aviva Labs toll free (888) 692-8482 and we will be happy to walk you through the optimal settings to get the correct results. Thanks!

Re: just tried Aviva

I don't agree that thicker equals stickier as I know the solution we use now is thicker than previous ones but it is no way sticky.
