I am in a town close to your size and you can find 'business suites' for less than $400.00/mo with phone/internet and sometimes a shared receptionist. We will do mobile services at someone’s house, but not mine or any employee's house either. Their house is for their comfort/convenience; your house looks like you’re cheap. Please do not be insulted, you could live in a mansion and I will still say the same thing. I think it crosses a line of perceived professionalism and integrity of your business. Best of luck what ever path you go down.
