Rep Power: 0 | best light formulations of DHA Does anyone out there use lighter shades of DHA? Say 5 - 6%? If so, who do you think makes the best? I have a lot of people that are going to events in the winter and they don't necessarily want to be too dark but rather just want a nice light glow. What lines would you recommend for this? Thanks! |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: best light formulations of DHA Hi Amyest! If you want a lower % just cut your 8% with distilled water to get a 4,5,6, or 7% solution . 50-50 would yield 4%. 75+25 would yield 6%, mix the 4% + 6% = 5%, 6% +8%= 7% 8%+ 10% = 9%! No need to buy lower % solutions. Have agreat Day!! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: best light formulations of DHA When we formulate DHA solutions, we include ingredients that are focused on how the products sprays, how it lays on the skin and how it adheres. Unless the solution being diluted is by its nature very watery, diluting the formulas can change the solution significantly particularly at 1:1. Our solutions have body to them so diluting is not recommended. The calculations are pretty straightforward as noted above but your performance may diminish. Also some guns may be more sensitive to the change than others. Our Revelation formula is 8% DHA and is used pretty extensively for fair skinned customers. We would recommend to our customers to use that and spray a little lighter than normal and they would be in good shape. Hope this helps. |
