Rep Power: 0 | Re: vERSA SPA SETTINGS... Hey guys, this is not a bogus post... Let me start saying yes the customer service people at versa spa are really nice...I bought this salon six months ago(And all the equipment was there already) and I didn't have owners manual or any of the paperwork concerning this piece of equipment. it was working fine, until last week. I contacted versa spa 2 days in a row and I talked to a couple of people but the answer I got was " I will call you later, or let me call somebody or I will let you know later. and nothing got done, I just needed something very simple. Finally and thankfully somebody called me on wednesday, now I now whats wrong and I ordered my owners manual and now everything is ok. thank you for your advise i really appreciated. |
