Before and After

Does anyone have a list of before and after do's and don't's for sunless? Also any recommendations for "walmart" bought soaps/body washs they should use or stay clear of? We sell norvell in the salon but I always have people call and make an appointment but they won't be able to make it by the salon before they get sprayed.

Re: Before and After

it really does not matter what they use before as long as they rinse off thoroughly with plain water after bathing and apply nothing after showering. It is what they use afterwards that is important. mainly lotion, but also body wash. people who use the soap and lotion seem to get a few more days out of it compared to lotion alone or nothing at all.

Re: Before and After

You should always use a body wash that is soap-free! moisturize after the 1st shower, and then again later in the day :) Cal Tan has a body wash, and moisturizer . Designer Skin does too.

Re: Before and After

There are some soaps out there that have oils in them. I've noticed this bad with people that use bath and body works products. Any other ones you recommend to stay clear of before and after.

I will send you an email from home. I have a good list of dont's on my brochure. I'll just send you a copy of the brochure. Do you have publisher, or would you like me to send a jpeg?

Re: Before and After

I know you do not want to use any Dove products..before or after. There are other products you need to stay away from before ..anything with AHA or BHA products. Another good reason to sell retail products for your sunless.

Re: Before and After

Nothing containing any oil. The AHA and BHA will cause cell turn over too soon than a sunless tanner would like.
